Had to go Adv. today... 125 front squats with 45lbs. Joe, thanks for talking me down from the 55rx. The 45lbs got heavy fast! Finished in 11:00. Cash out: 180 single/ 40 v-ups. Finished with 100yd sprints x 7 at the highschool with Brian and the gang! My legs are on fire.

Absolutely LOVED a part of the FB WOD today... the END!!! As much as I wanted to embrace the WOD, enjoy it, and feel good about it... I could not get one thought out of my head. "FML!!!"
OHSQ are my King Goat... My form w/o weight seems solid, but just 1lb over light, and I fall apart. Sux... at least I know what to work on though, right?!
