I had to skip the FB workout today, and go with Advanced, which was just as bad (or good, depending on your point of view). Tough day after a pretty tough week, but it's all good.

Open gym today since I worked on hspu yesterday...800m run, 10 c2b, 15 kb swings (1.5 pood) x 5 rds...38 something. Wanted to get a long one in since I have to work the next 3 days. Have a great weekend everyone and be safe!!!

Adv: Only 7 rds. My legs are still very sore from yesterday's WOD making my box jumps sluggish.
Cash out: KB swings-75 toal.
FB WOD: 6 rounds +3 with 2 abmats for most of the time and near the end I switched to 1 abmat with a 10 lb plate.
