went with Adv this morning. Felt like a wet diaper baby as I faced off against Steve M while he Rx'd Fire-Breather....strong like bull!

Nick loved the sport specific warm up today. Felt like I was back at soccer camp.
Of course the best part was when I tried to jump over Russ .... OK I fell over Russ. But I did that on purpose, you know to loosen everyone up before the WOD.
So for the WOD I went with 135lbs. I was initially going to go with 155lbs but that would have been the old Jim. The new Jim takes the old Jim weight and minuses 20lbs to get a good weight to work with.
135 was perfect for today, I finished with 9 rounds + 2.
Good class tonight.
Did some clean complex work
Then today's wod: 13 rds+ 3 + 6 rx'd
Rested 10 min. then did:
