Wall Ball (2 for 1's) - Complete thruster w/ Med Ball, then complete an air squat while ball is still in the air. Every Wall Ball requires 2 full squats before the ball reaches your hands.

OHSQ and Deadlifts on back-to-back days??? The two movements I HATE THE MOST ... so much for cherry-picking.

HSPU - couldn't get past the round of 4 on the way up ... FRUSTRATING !!!
WOD - 8:48 (20lb ball / 225 DL)
Lesson learned today: don't let the peer pressure get to ya. I thought i could hang with the big boys and started w/225, only to backtrack to 155, then 135 mid workout.
HSPU on 24"box w/45plate, WOD:19:56,w/14lb ball, 2 for 1's are killers....
HSPU used 1 abmat and 10lb plate.
WOD-rx'd 11:56, 2 for 1's are the best..NOT!! Definitely need to practice those..Patrick, way to fight through the workout!! See ya's tomorrow:)

HSPU got through them on the 20" box. finally feeling like i'm getting the hang of what they're supposed to look like.
WOD: 10:36 (started out at 95lbs but went to 85lbs, started out with 10lb med ball, went down to 8lb). Frustrated after two craptastic workouts in a row. Michelle thanks for pushing me through it and switching my weight! AND you'd be happy to know that I practiced my DU's when I got home..getting better at em!

As far as the HSPUs....I let Michelle help me on the wall, and I did a few HSPUs!!! It was with 3 abmats, but I know when I finally get over my fear of being upside down, I'll be able to do better. At least I feel like there has been progress made today. I tried just about every variation on the box, and it is just too easy.

HSPU: got to the 2s on the way down the ladder and decided to increase the ROM from floor to hands on 45lb plates down to the floor. got 1 rep but couldn't get the second.
WOD: 9:50 RXd, wall ball 2fers are earning the same level of affection that I have for burpees. Probably rested too much
