Have you signed up for the Off The Grid Competition yet?!!?  Get on it!! Register here.
If you're not looking to compete, but still want to participate we're going to need judges.  As a judge, you'll be asked to hold competitors to our standards of movement, count reps, be a positive representative of OTG, etc.  You'll get a free lunch and t-shirt too!!  Let anyone of the coaches know so we can keep you in the loop on what roles you'll be playing!  Thank you and hope to see you there as a competitor, judge, or for support!

I believe the squat clean thruster is the toughest single movement we do. Anyone disagree? Thats a huge distance for the bar to travel, and there's no jerk for the overhead. Today is gonna be brutal if you go heavy as rx'd.

Yea same thought from me, 155 is going to weigh a ton after the 9th or 10th rep. once again I'm looking forward to the burpees

155 thruster? No thanks.

By the way ... went to CF La Jolla yesterday. WOD was 50 man-makers with 25 lb dumbells ... tough as hell. No idea on my time, but it sucked.

1:30pm PST tee time @ Torrey Pines today ... enjoy your day everyone !!!

155 was def not happenin' for me, did 105 @ 9:14, and that sucked, esp after yesterday,.... made it tho, did the cash out + Andrea's sit ups & hollow rocks 30-20-30-20, what fun :-(

good luck today Chris, enjoy your "conference"!

Rx'd at 11:20

That is a horrendous amount of work in one movement and way too much weight. Looking forward to something a little easier tomorrow!

Rx'd - 9:09
Casey, be cautious of the way Mark taught you the burpees; he is not a big fan of opening his hips at the top. Just saying!
