Ok, so here it is ...

WOD: 21:19 ... last one in October 2009 was 25:05. Definitely can make up time on Push-ups and Squats. I kept my "splits" on each exercise. Here they are ...

Pull-Ups ... finished at the 5:45 mark
Push-Ups ... at 13:13
Sit-Ups ... 18:18
Squats ... 21:19

Push-Ups took me the longest ... 7 mins and 28 secs. If I can get that down to the 5 min range, I'll be under 20 mins.

surprise, surprise, that sucked!!
did it with the red band today, 41:36...
my March time was 42:45, with the green band, p/u on the box, and anchored sit ups, so i guess i'll take the minimal time improvement.....

i'm probably gonna go find someone named angie and punch her in the face. my right forearm is dead!
cant.. feel.. anything... but i know its there because it weighs about 5.3 more lbs haha gettin rippedddd
...pretty sure my coach is gonna kill me when i physically can't swing a bat in my game tomorrow but thats okay, then i can leave and come to crossfit instead :)

Hey guys and gals. Official word is we're gonna be leaving the Wtown box Sunday morning at 7:30 sharp to be there for the 215 competition. We have to be there by 8:30 and the Athletes meeting is at 9. First heat at 9:30 it says.

Anyone who wants to ride up let's try and carpool and be there at Wtown by 7:30!!!

25:03, lost most time on the pull ups. Need to get faster on them.

couldn't get in this week..didn't have a sitter.. but put together some wods at home haha... today I did everything but the pulls ups then did some cardio.. took me 15 mins.. Kevin you're time was awesome! congrats..

Was looking for every excuse to not come in and do this...but I am glad I did because when I looked at the date I saw that today would have been my Mom's 55th birthday, she passed in July of this year. So I feel like I kind of did this for her....

Anyway

18:53 for those who are really curious (doug). Push-ups felt bad after the pull-ups, had so much blood in my forearms.

Another wonderful Friday Partner Workout

2 Rounds

20 Box Jumps / 200 m. Run
20 Thrusters (45,33) / 200 m. Run
20 Burpees / 200 m. Run
10/10 KB Clean&Press (35,26) / 200 m. Run

One person does the station while ther other runs.
After each person does the station move onto the next.

That was my workout at one mile high. Turns out oxygen is actually not overrated. Look forward to meeting Angie soon, though. Nice job, everyone!
