Didn't participate in the wod today, my shoulder is hurting so I did "50 for a few" since I missed out on that, substituted ring p.u and did game style p.u...clock wasn't running but it took me between 9-9:30 roughly. Hope everyone had a good workout, see you tomorrow!

Back started pinching on the square, so I didn't finish my set with 225. WOD felt great! 155 with regulation hspu's. Finished in 3:28 I think. Fun class this morning, thanks Nick. Leaving tomorrow suddenly for Colorado for a job test. Wish me luck, see you Tuesday!
