Well I'm up, so might as well post before I forget lol

1: Be stronger mentally throughout the WODs, strive to not let them beat me down mentally, only physically!

2: Up my Crossfit Total into the 900s

3: Get my Fran time into the 3 minute range

Oh and it'd be nice to gain some weight and hit 170 ha

Alright here are my 3 or 4 fitness goals.

1. Get the weight back down to 175. That's a 25 pound loss and I think I should be able to get there within 3 or 4 months.

2. Hit 35 pull ups and 100 push ups.

3. I'd like to complete Jackie in 8 minutes. This would be a signifiacant difference from my current time of 12:48.

4. Hit the handstand finally, that would be nice.

2. Learn the O-lifts
3. Get more sleep.

Happy New Year everyone. I'm really happy I made to the decision to get out of my garage and join OTG. I've already seen a huge change in my CrossFit abilities and I'm looking forward to 2010.

happy new year everyone!! here's my goals...

1. stop letting the mental part of crossfit get to me. it is by far my biggest weakness.

2. get a muscle up...should def be able to accomplish this in a year. almost got my ring dips without a band.

3. eat well on a more consistent basis.

4. string together more pullups. still workin on the push off at the top.

i'm really looking forward to the new year! hopefully i can get in there tomorrow. :)

I have so many goals I can't really list only 3 but the ones that are easy to quantify would be...

1) Get my weight down to 170lb. This is my most sought after goal and I think its attainable. Achieving this would be clearing such a mental hurdle that I think I would be able to do anything after that.

2) Improve my crossfit total to 900lb. Currently at 755lb and I think with some work I can get most of that difference with just my back squat.

3) Get a muscle up. Didn't think I would ever be able to do one but after practicing a little bit lately and seeing the progression others are making, I think its attainable (will be made much easier if I can accomplish goal #1 first).

Good luck to everyone and happy new year. I know I am going to accomplish my goals this year and I hope everyone has the same confidence in themselves.

-Stop eating like a slob!
-Continue to crush crossfit wod's to the best of my ability!

I think I like this Jim M. dude. Solid goals, improve yourself to the detrement of others. My goal, however, is simple. I want what I haven't had since highschool: a flat stomach. After I get that, I'll say thank you and be on my way.

-lose my baby weight!
-get a unbanded pull up (gotta work on the kip!)
-i can do DUs, but i would like to be able to do more in a row, rather than 2 or 3 than a single.

1) 25 pull ups & get rid of the single band for WODs
2) work up to Double Unders in WODs (doing single/double right now)
3) RX a WOD (about 20lbs under the RX weight right now)
