7 Box Jumps
Teammate #1 does their 3 sets of 7 while Teammate #2 rests. Then Teammate #2 finishes their 3 sets of 7, while Teammate #1 rests. Once they're both finished their sets of 7 this is 1 Rd. Rinse and Repeat for 9 more rounds.

I'll be in at 3:30 today. After hearing Leanna talk about this one the other day...I'm pretty nervous!
This one was not fun at all. Had an odd number of people at the 930 in EHT so I had to go by myself with 1min rest between rounds. Finished with a 22:23.
At the end of the WOD we helped Nick load up some equipment and Tshirts into his car. Said he had to bring the stuff to Williamstown?
What's that all about? EHT is feeling like the red-headed stepchild today and slightly under appreciated. Giving our equipment away? Ouch...why don't you just send them our pull up bar too...

Hey all. Yes long lost Jim here. I haven't been around for a bit and I won't be back until 1/13 or so. I'm going on vacation next Tuesday for week, I'll be back 1/12.
So hopefully I can get this basement issue partially squared away before we go. Crappy part is the insurance covers nothing, of course they were quick to offer insurance for any future issues.
Just so you guys know I just did not disappear.
