I'm going to try and make it in tonight. But there is a possibility I'll miss it. My basement flooded on Saturday night when I was working so Sunday I spent cleaning that mess up. It wasn't pretty, first time that ever happened I did not know exactly how to handle it.
Anyway I'll see about tonight. But I'm thinking tomorrow. The basement is still a disaster. Cool looking WOD though.
I really liked this workout, it utilized pretty much every muscle group from head to toe...or at least thats what it felt like. ha Def could have cut some time in the squats, 2nd set felt the hardest from some reason.
Nice work Alli and Keith, good to see you both back in the box. Mark, I'll cut those 21 seconds next time, haha!
Did my buy-in, nice little addition to the wod, change things up a little bit. Did the WOD rx'd bodyweight 155, finished in 4:29. Sit-Ups were my nemesis tonight, usually easy lol slowed me down a little.
