Training Notes:
The goal is to focus on each movement separately and definitively. You are NOT going AFAP. Your work output should be consistent across the 23 minutes. You are to work on Vertical Pushing, Core and Coordination.
[1 Pull Up C2B + 1 T2B] - complete 1 C2B Pull Up and while on the bar complete 1 T2B. Do this combination 5 times for each set. Stay on the bar for all 5.

Shared the press w/ Steph, we started out at 75 then Mark changed it up to 85 for the last 3 rounds.
1 Pd for me and C2B-T2B felt good. Nice to work on cycling those together. Forearms were on fire by the end though.

Went back tonight and met up with Leah. Worked on snatches, cleans, and over head squats. Did a snatch/OHS ladder and made up to 7 rounds. Failed in the 8th but finished it out. Used 65#...
