Wow new equipment in w'town....must be nice!
Taking a rest day today-used it as a "run" day w/ Paul, we ran 3 miles. Then in for "open gym" so that he could practice MU's and Paul, you are RIGHT THERE! Just stay up there, pause and push down-haha! You're so close, next time you've got it!

Missed you all today! Had to demo my finished basement because a water line busted in the early morning hours...Well, I didn't demo it, Servpro did, so I can't use that as an excuse for a WOD.
Can't make the 9:30 tomorrow but hope to get to an afternoon. Good job everyone..your numbers looked awesome!
