FB: 95#. 15:31.

Chest to bars are feeling easier..the last 2 rounds were questionable but I'm really happy with the improvement. The 95 felt heavy off the bat but committed to 5 tng each time. I think I did 9 rds unbroken. There was one I broke up and was the worst feeling ever.

work has been dominating me this week! luckily, santa got me a nice shiny againfaster barbell with some weight, so i did this one at home...
