(Last completed 5/14/11)

Training Notes:
One person works at a time.  Your rest is the time it takes for your partner to do their round.  Each person completes all 10 rounds.

Last time I did this WOD with "J". I think it was his 1st or 2nd WOD. I won't be there to be with ya today buddy, but KILL IT !!!

This workout just sucked! One of the worst movements ever...squat cleans and jerks. Teamed up with Lali...we rx'd the weight and since there were no more 14lb balls we used a 20lb,9 ft target...(34 something ? I think). Looking back on the last time(36 and ?), we pr'd it. Thanks Chris, that was a tough one and got real ugly at the end, the wall balls were terrible!Thank you all for pushing me at the end, I really needed it:) Matt, great coaching and thanks for the motivation!
