FB: 8:10, DUs were horrrrible, need work, they are one of those things that i need to do everyday.

Lift: 95x6, 105x6, 115x6, 125x4. I did between 6-8 pullups each time
WOD: 5:57, this is over a 2 min PR. DUs felt good today.

Wod: 7:33, which is close to 2 minutes faster, however I am unsure of the time because my phone decided to delete all my WODs during that iPhone/iCloud thing, I just know it was over 9 minutes. (plus I didn't post on the blog.. I learned my lesson!) nice job 4:30!
