Training Notes:
The goal is to focus on each movement separately and definitively. You are NOT going AFAP. Your work output should be consistent across the 22 min. You are to work on Midline Stabilization, Vertical Pushing, and Coordination.
Deadlift - TNG and Should be roughly 80% of 1 RM
Rope Skips - Alternating Legs with High Knees

lost alot of time in the beginning trying to figure out the rope skips, but once i got it, i was actually able to go unbroken, but had to play catch up..
nice to get back in today!
