Great 9:30 class today, feels good to be back.
MFRT: 115/8, 125/8, 135/6, 155/6, only managed 20 DU's each round, they came a lil easier once i focused on keepin' my arms down!
WOD: killer one today, had to switch fr. 20 to 14 lb after the 3rd rd. and it was a whopping 18:19 for me to finish, thanks everyone for the encouragement.
95, 115, 135, 145 for FRSQ...first time doing it heavy
20lb wall ball 2/1 ..had to do extra reps almost every round because Nick yelled at me for not going deep enough
Made sure every pull up was Chest 2 Bar...finished in 6:25. Was BEAT!!
Finally got in today and it felt great! Paul, Tina, Elaine, Faye, and Steve- great efforts!!!
