Training Notes:
The workout is aerobic and all 3 Min intervals should be held at a constant pace. Complete all 3 AMRAP's twice. For instance, complete 3Min of the row, then 3 Min of the 5 Pull Ups 5 Push Ups 5 Squats, then 3 Min of the 5 Burpees, 5 KB Swings 5 Sit Ups then repeat.

The back is feeling better...trying to stay away from the weights for a few. I think I would have done better with the pullup combo if I didn't do Cindy yesterday, when I saw today's wod I wanted to cry..LOL!....upper body is screaming today! Sheri, you did awesome...thanks for pushing me today too!

Sounds like I've been missing some good ones this week, been trying to recoupe the back. Everybody has been putting up some great numbers. Cant wait to be back on monday.
