Not sure what was worse, yesterdays WOD Jackie or my neighbor Jackie who was so loud outside at 3 am that she woke me up!!! Seriously...on a Monday night?!?!? C'mon man!

I'll answer for you. The Jackie with the "Worn" pool table.
That's why I was up at 3 am too!

FB: 65-85-95-95 (struggled with dropping under and was pressing it), KB 1.5pood(unbroken)
WOD: 8:33..struggled with the ring pushups. I hit the 5th round and ran into trouble. Thanks Nick, great coaching today! Great Job 930!!

FB, 65-65-75-85, did 1p KB; Mozart: 10:47, slowest time of the day, i'm w/Theresa, them rings were killer today...great times this am, good luck the rest of the day!!

FB: the the snatch balance was very difficult for me. Anything that even resembles an overhead squat is so awkward and frustrating. I can tell I am getting stronger believe it or not.

35x5,45x3,45x3,50x3 with 1pood Kb swings x15 between.

WOD FB: 9:40..

I remember the last time I tried ring pushups I couldn't even do 1. I've improved so much since.

Watched the tutorial that crossfit posted on facebook yesterday. Really helped my box jumps. I wish they posted more videos like that.

Only had time today for the ADV MFRT. Went ADV since SNATCH movements are forbidden at my work gym.

Why thank you kristi!! You're the first person to say something nice about a jackie in 2 days!! You did awesome on that lift today!!

Lift: 55, 65, 75, 85 did sets of 5 except 3 on last round
Did 1.5 pood first 2 rounds and 1.75 for last 2 rounds.

Wod: 8:35 w the ring push ups scaled a bit. HUGE weakness of mine

Legs are killin me! Much needed rest tomorrow! See everyone Thursday!!

Very little experience with snatch balance, stuck with 95lbs and tried to work on technique.
used 2 pood between sets.
