Rx'd 11:30.

The last time I did this workout I did thrusters with 35lb and used a blue band and got the same exact time. I RXd it today so it was a PR for me.

WOD: Rx'd 10:41(PR), last time 12:56. Had to make up 180 burpees today...ugh!! Did 100 while waiting for my daughter's bus this morning then did 80 after the wod...glad that's over. Great Job 930, see ya in the a.m! And congrats on all the PR's!

The last time I did this WOD was over a year ago at
35 lb weight and a blue and single then green band time 13:09

Today was Rxd at 11:11
Im extremely happy with this especially since I took a month off and am dealing with some back issues.. heading to the chiro now to see if I can get some relief..

O and thanks Justin for switching my rower resistance from a 9 to a 5 half way through- sneaky sneaky Steve lol

Rx'd @ 10:18, apparently 19 seconds longer than May 31 2011, though my record keeping is poor and I most likely used a purple band then.

Also, 3 x 15 back extensions...my back was more tight and sore from these than heavy deadlifts...!

Rx'd 11:53 a 15 second PR. The last three times I did this I was in the low 12's.

Justin O, you killed it... I might've had a little left in the tank, but not enough to have beaten your time... but watch out next time!

Congrats to ALL of the PR's today! It's awesome to see how much progress everyone has made on such a tough baseline WOD.

Way to go 5:30pm class in EHT! Both heats were rocking! Amanda, great work on finishing such a tough workout for your first day in the group WOD. Way to stick it out! Make sure you record your time, you're going to crush it next time!

And, it is with great personal disappointment that I admit this, but I am sadly withdrawing from the burpee challenge. With 386 to make up, it's gotten too far out of reach. For those still in it... keep it goin, you're beasts!
