ugh, what a WOD to come back to, did FB w/225, 17:10, happy with that after 11 days off!
$Out: 1:41.7........ Unlike my friends in EHT, i "forgot" my rings & workout eqpt. when i went on vaca!! Great crew this am, great to be back in it!

Rx FB - 16:11 - hit the Weds Wall and couldn't run with a 45lb plate. Still won't take Thu off though! LOL

$out - 500M row - 1:40.7 ... thanks Justin for the push... my quads were fried and I wanted to slow down at 300M. Glad I didn't - gave me a positive after a slow WOD.

i, apparently, am really bad at running backwards, it killed my quads going into the backsquat...
