URGH! Darn pull-ups! They killed me!

Round times:
4:27 (hey! pretty good!)
5:38 (a bit slower but okay, I'll take it)
6:06 (not too bad???)
7:50 (Wow! not that good...)
8:30 (Ewww! Yikes!)

Clearly, the push-ups were "rough".

And I sware the upper bar feels like you have to "pull higher"! LOL! :)

Wow. This was hard. I did this without a band. I made it through all five rounds under 40. I did it 39:27!! Haha.

5:10, 5:43, 8:45(did the math 5x, I couldnt believe it), 10:16( did the math about 10x, e.w. My hands opened up really bad this round. ), last round was 7:32 (thats okay for considering the last 2).

Over all very happy. If I did this back in may when I first started, might have been a little discouraged.

As always, the push ups slowed me down. And after all 300 situps I did between Saturday and today, taking a shower was some severe pain!!

So upset I missed this today...hoping to make it up this week sometime but I dread doing this alone! This looked really tough, great job to all who did this! If there is anyone who missed it and wants to get it in, let me know if you want to do it together.

Felt good... getting my wind finally, and instead of lungs giving first, hitting muscle fatigue in later rounds:

Pull-ups are pretty much still dead hang, which is slowing me down... but feel like I am getting closer to a real kip. Thanks Mark for showing me where I am getting stuck on the kip!

my hands are shredded, pullups were the best i've ever done- in the first two rounds...by the third i was just fatigued and then in 4 and 5 i started losing skin, ugh. Last round was singles, and had to go almost unbroken on everything else.

Fantastic job 6:30, love the exertional GI upset JP!! Dan, clams at the chinese buffet has disaster written all over it...

Good times today 4:30! Loved the energy and effort! Thanks for all the support and encouragement (Justin, Jeff, Nik, Ed, Kristi) everyone! You ALL did awesome!
I don't recall my time break-down but total time was 38:10 (with the rest) The squats really slowed me down! Enjoyed sharing the pain with you all! :)

WOAH EHT!!! It was BUMPIN in there when I got there around 6:20pm... GREAT ENERGY!!! For the 6:30 class, me, Kelli, Tim and Dan (Avg) kept the reps goin strong!!! Well done everyone!

BARBARA - 32:32

I only have a straight time for it, b/c I didnt think to write down my round splits. I know my first round I ended in 2:54, and that's about all I remember. Immediately following the WOD, I tossed up some fertilizer for the grass out back. Gross......... definitely felt every ounce of sugar, alcohol and poison "bleeding" out of my body. Ughhh....

First time for Barbara.
Big classes at 4:30 and 5:30. Was kinda scared going in watching the 4:30 class battle through Barbara. Great job 430.

Total time including rest, 36 something, do not have my breakdown .
Think the situps slowed me the most. Def room to improve. Great efforts 5:30

scaled with single band on pullups and did push ups on my knees. not sure I could have Rx'd this one and still finish by midnight...

I have decided that all Barbaras are terrible and cold.

This WOD was awful.

Those push-ups started bad and ended terrible. I felt like I was going to throw-up halfway through round 3. No such luck. I made it through painfully. My time was just over 40.
