Using the exercises below, you must complete the reps in order 400m Run, 100, 80, 60, etc..


Match up the exercise with the rep amount.
1)  Air Squat
2)  Push Up
3)  Sit Up
4)  Pull Up
5)  Deadlift 135/95


For example:
400m Run
100 Deadlifts
80 Pull Ups
60 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
20 Squats
400m Run

12:40 did sit ups/squats/pushups/pullups/deads. Awesome bigroup this morning. J way to go about it trying to do whats hardest!

16:38 - felt good and feel like I am starting to get my wind... although I did have to walk once on the final 400M

1 year ago today i had my into session with mark. i have to say the past 12 months have flown by. crossfit has literally changed my life and i am so grateful to be part of such a great family. thank you to the coaches who challenge me, physically and mentally, every day. your support and encouragement every wod means more than i can say. i'm able to do things i never imagined doing. there are still so many things i want to be able to do and improve on and i really look forward to seeing where the next year takes me. i've also met some really fantastic people who encourage, motivate, and inspire me on a daily basis. in addition to changing my life physically, i've made some really great friends and for that i'm so grateful. thank you everyone for a great year.

First, mary, I'm so glad that we've become such good friends in this last year. (jeff, I'm glad to have u around as well, but today is mary's day :)) you've made so much progress this year. Never forget that, even on those days we all have that beat us up a little mentally. Looking forward to more great accomplishments and fun times to come! <3 you!

Really struggled w the dl today bc of the condition of my legs. But then....
I got sooooo close to a muscle up!! Got my head through and all!! It's my goal now to get one in the next month! I know I can do it if I just figure out how control the catch. Very excited.

SO SAD I MISSED THIS WOD THIS AM!!! But after celebrating my 30th for a bit last night, I was not up for getting outta bed in the rain. Looks like everyone had a BLAST though!!! Justin am I seein that right?! You did 100 DEADLIFTS? What weight?! You know, what? It doesn't matter the weight... any lbs would make that a miserable experience.

Dan, congrats again on the muscle-up! Jax... I'm sure you are SO close!!! Keep trying!!!

Hope everyone is making it through the storm unscathed. My wife and I are hunkered down here in Mays Landing... I've got a 12pk and she's got some club sodas. Luckily, there is still power, internet and Netflix... for now :P
