Did Nancy on my own at WTown, wow was it long, WOD: FB, 75Lbs, 23:45, was worried about 15 reps, but 75 was ok, and as this was the most i've ran around that trail I was happy with my time, see yas in the am.......

FB WOD Rx'd - 15:14

Rounds 2 & 3 were unbroken. Finally starting to feel stronger in the OHSQ, but it is still by far my biggest GOAT. One huge positive though is that I no longer am afraid of the movement... I just don't particularly love it.
