FIRE-BREATHER
WOD:
"TEAM - Clean and Jerk Your Balls"
Teams of 2
10 Rds
3 Squat Clean and Jerk 155/105lbs
15 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
(Last completed 5/8/10)


One person works at a time.  Your rest is the time it takes for your partner to do their round.  Each person completes all 10 rounds.
