Hey Gang!

Just a reminder we are hosting the Mainland PBA/CrossFit OTG Fitness Challenge next Saturday May 7th from 12-4pm.

There will be food and drink provided by our bad ass lawyer crew, D'Arcy, Johnson, and Day Law firm.

I need about 10 OTG volunteers to help us judge and keep things moving during the event. This is going to be a fun day so please let me know if you can help us out!

Did the FB today -- w/NO Band, yay me!!
105lbs, modified pullups, did 4-5 per round,chin to bar, 5:06, skipped the $out.....

Did Games WOD 11.6 today and made it up to 12 of the 15 thrusters. It felt fine until the round of 12, then wow, it got tough.

Thank you the 930 WTown crew who stayed around and pushed me. I will not be working out on Saturday, but I will bring my younger fire breather with me and together we will cheer you on.

Great job Bill; Thanks for the coaching Nick. Great experience overall.

Great job today 4:30 & everyone who did the Open WOD! Personally I was thinking about doing it but chickened out, felt to sore even though Marks warm up helped!

decided to do a little tester instead. did first 3 rds of Game wod in 1:51 and stopped right before it got tough!!! Figure it will take me the remaining 5 min to complete rd4!

FB 14:36 100 lbs. Definitely deceiving. Thought with the 1 min rest periods I'd blast through the rounds. No.

did the games wod today just to get it done and out of the way...was, as predicted, a disaster. can't do c2b...got the height on the first 6 but couldn't touch the bar. so got a whopping 3 reps. continued to do thrusters and reg pull ups and then just cheered. priya, bambi, and paul-great job! jax-thanks for judging and trying to help me get it. something else to work on!

jackie and i pulled the rowers outside and rowed 2k after.

paul, bambi, fran-have a great trip! tues 330 will be tame without you!

Loved the group warm up today with Mark! Attempted chest to bar during warm up for the first time.. Heard Mark say- good , good with the 2 reps.. So excited!

Did FB for 4 rounds.. Definitely did chin over bar for some of the reps, but pretty excited that I got some chest to bar in! Hands started opening a little so I stopped at 4. Decided to save them...

GReAT job Bambi- made the C2B look effortless! Priya .. your kip is amazing! Awesome job Paul, and way to stay in there Mary : )

also did the games wod today, got thrugh the 15's and ran out of time as I attempted the first thruster in the 18's. Justin your right on, it caught up just in time for the 12 & 15's. the first three to four minutes really wasn't the issue, it was that last 3. Thanks for the psuh from Joey O, Wayne & Nick!
off to camping for the weekend, lots of beer and crap food.

Games WOD #6 total reps 32.
Not really sure what to say about that except I am so totally motivated to make my C2B's (what there is of them) look like Jackie's. That woman has a beautiful kip and just makes it look so darn easy. Thanks to Steve for judging and to all you guys for encouraging me. Diggs and Paul - AWESOME scores.
