Lift: 405 and shut it down. Too early in the morn to risk it.
WOD: 4:49 (I'm convinced I missed a few reps cuz Justin was a blur on the burpees).

Steve, 425 looked like 225. And, Justin, with the way 315 went up, there is no doubt it's all mental. 400 is just around the corner.

Just wanted to say that I had a little bit of a stressful week with my blocks. I stuck to them and measured every single thing. Felt like I Was living in my kitchen!!! Having older kids at home and a toddler I have to make some additional things as well. This morning I got on the scale in EHT and saw that I lost 4 lbs!!!!!! The stress was all worth it. Feeling so much better about it now : ) I also practiced double unders today and did 4 with a single in-between which is a big deal for me! I went home feeling very good today!

I cannot believe the numbers I am seeing up there today... well done everyone!!

I am not making it to @ OTG, so I'm hitting this @ my work's gym. Don't worry Tony R., I'll try to have someone video it for legitimacy, or I mean, accuracy. Haha...

Did the WOD at home, things are a little hectic right now.

Pullups are *not* my forte. Gotta keep working on those butterfly pullups.

I started Paleo a week early, but I lost over 5 lbs already (sweet). Never have I eaten so much, been not hungry, and lost weight. Cooking is by far the hardest part of this.

Atlee, the hillbilly jerky from Bringhurst's is AMAZING!!!!

Happy with the DL's considering it's just my 2nd time doing heavy deads & coming off a week of being sick.

Thought I was moving at pretty good pace during the WOD until I saw my time. Definitely not winning any speed awards...lol.

Goddam them burpees... I gotta get past the mental block I have on stringing them together quickly... I keep breaking the movement into 4 motions. UGH!!!
I did hit a PR on deads though!

Steph-congrats on the weight loss! def makes the craziness worth it!! the blocks are still overwhelming the crap out of me.

Anyone have thoughts on Progenix Recovery vs. More Muscle? More Muscle has a few more grams of protein and carbs and the website even says to take the More Muscle product immediately after training. What gives?

Kevin, no way did you miss any reps. Those last few rounds of pull ups really slowed me down.

Steve, the new progenex recovery tastes like dog shit. I mean not even remotely good. The old recovery was better than a chocolate sundae. The more muscle is ok, has a fake chocolate after taste. I'd eat a steak after a wod. Good luck.

WOD: 10:05 (single)was making good time until the pull ups started to increase. Really need to work on those, elbow is still sore but, Kinesio tape really does help!
