Teams of 2:
50 Push Press 95/65lbs
50 Squat Cleans 95/65lbs
150 Sit Ups
1000M Row


As a team you must complete the total # of reps for each movement before you are allowed to rotate.  You may go in any order you like.

12:21 for Big Tony Rizzo and I. Used 115 for the SC and PP. Tony way to crush the row there at the end pullin in the 120's. Sick! As always great times and energy. Jackie, hope your mom had a great experience today!

Good to get back in today. Had great partner in Jax...way to push through...sit ups were solid..no rest for me! Thanks for picking me up during row...coming from pp to row thought I was going to toss my cookies! Lol
Tony and Doug, very impressive once again...maybe some day I'll have work capacity like that! Jax, so cool that your Mom came...hope she enjoyed it!
