Will I feel better when this is over?



Lift:
"CrossFit TOTAL"
1 Back Squat
1 Shoulder Press
1 Deadlift
(Last completed 10/9/10, 7/6/10)

Post each max, total and thoughts to comments.

All one Rep Max's. A total of 3 sets for each exercise to find your 1 RM. Combine total amounts for each to get CrossFit Total.  
Back Squat must have full ROM with hip below knee.
Shoulder Press is a movement with no hip or knee flexion.
Deadlift is from the ground up with full hip extension at the top.

BS - 350 PR by +45 lbs
Press - 135 -20 lbs
DL - 405 no gain, failed at 415

Total = 890

Real happy about the backsquat PR. My shoulder joints continue to frustrate me. When they feel good I'm ok, when they don't I do 20 lbs less. Like today. A little PO'd about the DL.

worked on pullups and DU's after and was excited to string together 17 DU's. i can get one longer (for me) set in then after that it's back to 8-10. progress though.

First I FINALLY did one pull-up, with no band. Key word is one, but that one pull-up took me FOREVER to get. Thanks to everyone who helped me get that.

Back squat= 110 should have tried heavier- 5 lbs more than my previous
Press= 60 my worst lift
Deadlift= 175 which is 25lbs more than my previous PR.

Loved working out with a large 6:30 crew :) Thanks Erica and Ali for pushing me.

By far my favorite WOD according to Mark!

Bk squat = 195 lbs (30 lb PR)

Press = 105 (10 lb PR!!!!)

Deadlift = 265 lb (40lb PR)

Total = 565 : )

Lost a little on Press, but I might've had room left. BTW - the last time I attempted this weight on backsquat, it rolled over the back of my head in a failed attempt to dump the weight!!!
