want to try to do ring dips w/o any band but today didn't seem like the WOD to try-next time!

Warning to W'Town folks.

My wife is reporting that I have a strange odor about me.

I suspect the odor is related to the fish oil I am taking.

I am going to replace the brand, but I have about 10 days left of this stuff and I'm going to finish it.

I apologize in advance to your nostrils.

If you happen to notice some funk about me (other than my normal stink), please be aware that I'm working on it.

It was tough.. the ring dips were killer tough.. THe pull-ups not bad. Couple sets unbroken, Dips not so much.

wod: 21:06 red band for pullups and ring dips. ring dips were easier than the pullups for me...time to move to the purple band i think. got my first real rip from pullups around rd 7..coincidentally that was the same rd that I was about ready to hang myself with my red band. brutal workout.

awesome job 430! everyone did great!

21:00. Single (purple) band for ring dips. Ripped both hands, a 1st so I lost my virginity but it wasn't as much fun as I remember.

super busy day today with work, I could have made it in for 930 this morning but it would have ruined my day at work so I am not going to lie... I kind of cherry-picked this one today. Just couldn't motivate myself to do 100 pullups before a long day at work. Realizing now it was a bad decision, should have come in
Thanks for the words Justin, we have an amazing group of people that we train with and everyone has their individual strengths of which you too, have very many. Thats a hell of a time on this WOD and I am sure Kevin put up a sick time too

Justin was insane to watch, especially considering that his pull ups are near dead hang.

8:49 Rx'd. Respectable, but zero rhythm on the pull ups. Need to get back to practicing them.

I agree with Steve. The environment, the energy and the community just keep getting better ... and stronger.
