Great group @ noon in EHT. Awesome job!

Really worked on form with the snatch from the hook grip to slowing down the deadlift portion and accentuating opening my hips, shrugging, and pulling under the bar. It's coming along as I'm doing better at not just muscling everything up. Nick, thanks as always for the great coaching and encouragement.

Maria and Steph I'm in for a paleo party or any party for that matter!! Even though I'm not hard core paleo and not in the challenge, I've been trying to follow it....I've been cooking and trying new things, more ideas from everyone would be helpful. I think it's a great idea!

Shoulder still cranked, so I did open gym today.

Did a 2K Row, with a cash out of max double unders in 3 minutes.

Disappointing 7:13 on the 2k row.

Even more disappointing 151 for the DUs. Ugh, not a good day.

Wod: Rx'D!!! no band for pullups! they were ugly and slow but i did them! 13 something for first round and 19 something total.

For once pushups were the "easy" part of a WOD. T2B getting soo much better!
