Took yesterday off to rest my shoulders. In looking for ways to improve on some weaknesses I found this great video series. Movements are broken down and explained in great detail. I found it helpful and thought I'd share. The list of videos is on the right:

Just sharing some info...the unison sear pans (calphalon) are really nice. I would recommend them you can do a nice sear and then put it right in the oven to finish off the dish. I just made some boneless skinless chicken thighs:
seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, drizzled with evoo, balsamic vinegar and orange zest.
Seared both sides, then squeezed the orange over top for the juice.
Cooked in the oven till 165 degrees,
drizzled a little more balsamic and then put it under the broiler (500 degrees) to just carmelize the tops a little. Sprinkled a little dried basil when done (didn't have fresh). What's nice is you can do that all in one pan, got it as a gift and love it!!

Used a med ball to make sure I got low enough. It really helps!
