Ooh looks like a fun one. Not sure if I can do t2b tomorrow, my core is still killing me. Maybe I change it to pull ups? I do need to work on them unbroken :)

Tough finding time in the 10 minutes today for the 1RM. Was an interesting format, but unfortunately ran out of time!
Lift: 225
Wod: Rx'd 5 Rds. + 3 + 6
but with Chest to Bar P/U instead of Toes to Bar.
Bad idea to go with the C2B, and felt sore and tired the whole time. For those of you who did Toes to Bar after Sunday, I bow. I can barely bend backward still!!

had a lot of fun today, good to see our old coach Mark again...
Hit some of my strengths today so thanks to Nick for programming this "confidence day" in there for me.
Lift: 205lb (almost ripped my left elbow apart on the catch but caught it none the less), probably some room in there but didn't want to get hurt, save it for another day
WOD: 5 RNDs +1 thruster RX'd, hit on my doubles at 18 and 15 in my 4th round and that really took the life out of me, probably cost me a whole round
Rest day tomorrow, back and legs are pretty....

i liked using a lot more weight than i've tried before on the squat cleans thanks for pushing me brett - oh and i'm going to the weightlifting on the 23rd but maybe i'll watch on the 24th too so i can still make my poster for you haha.
oh and by the way the yankees just won...going all the wayyyyyyy!
