Is there any bigger TOOL on the planet than Dave Castro ???

Just want to punch that guy square in the nose !!!

I can think of one....

Chris "Digger" or "Diggs" said...

Oh yeah me too ... a "coach" who can't understand how to explain a WOD.

Thanks for reminding me.

Chris seems more bitter then usual, NICE!

Chris "Digger" or "Diggs" said...

E, actually not bitter at all. I would say, easily annoyed by stupid people. Just trying to watch some of the vids on the main site about the Rogue vs. Again Faster competition and Castro always seems to HAVE to be in front of the camera saying something stupid. Urks me to no end !!!

Lift, 95, 115, 115, despite Nick, the form sucked till the very end, something else to work on,

WOD: 95lbs, D.U.'s not unbroken, but i did them all (huge for me), 12:28

i'm gonna leave it there, 'cause i don't wanna "urk" Diggs :-)

Lift: 75-85...then everything went to shit. Got 85 up on the last rep and lost control in a absolutely horrible way. Still kinda in shock.

WOD: 7:32 (i think) 65lbs, felt good will go heavier next time, SDHP is a good movement for me. 75singles. Work out kinda sucked for me after my disaster of a lift. Still feel crappy about it.

Kelli that has happened to all of us at some point here. The main thing is that u rebounded and did the WOD without a problem. I would not worry, main thing is that your OK, elbow maybe a little sore.
lift 135-155-165

WoD
115 SDHP, subbed box jumps for DU, not to hurt my calf
6:30
Great work 330,

RXd the wod today. I tripped up at 16 or 17 du a couple of times but I did it. 9:03

Lift was 95-115-125(2)
(floor was slippery from all the humidity)

Cash out - tabata sit ups with the girls :)

That felt so unsteady on the floor Sam....felt like I was gonna slip with all that weight...
WOD: started out unbroken til I got to the 3rd set and kept getting between 20-24 3x in that set so I bagged the "unbroken" status...anyway rx'd the weight and ended up broken du...6:40.
Lift:95-105-115(1)
Cash out: Tabata situps with the gals!! Good idea Sam! Great job everyone:)

Lift: 65-75-85

WOD: 7:26 65 lbs/ DU's did 10 each set. finally starting to get them! now just need to practice on getting them unbroken instead of alternating with singles.

great job 4:30....thanks for the push Nick!

Loved being pushed by Sammy and Theresa tonight! Thanks girls :)

Last jerk weight was 55lbs, so tonight I started at 65lbs and with their support I did 65-75-85lbs. As stated it was very slippery and I could vision myself slipping with more weight.

SDHP could have been way heavier in retrospect, but I did 50lbs and did 25 DUs broken in 6:28.

Loved the tabata situps idea Sammy! My abs are killing me already but well needed.

Lift: 75-85-95(1)pr
WOD: 9:06 Set 15 for an unbroken #. Went unbroken 1st rnd. Rnds 2 & 4 had to restart but hit the #. Don't even know what happened to rnd 3. Think I did 30 du's in that one. Anyway, should've just done 25 broken.

Great mental workout! Thanks for making me stick with them everybody! Great coaching Nick :)

big class in EHT at 630. Everyone did awesome fighting those double unders, not sure if Nick has some sort of "double-under goal" but it seems that there are a lot of people that can do double unders now that thought they would never be able to get them.

Lift: 155-185-205(pr I think)

WOD: 4:21 RX'd

Kelli, no worries, glad you're ok!

Lift- 185-205-215(F)-215

Broke up doubles 15-10 but decided not to stop at 6 reps of sdhp. Did 3 more sdhp and a few more doubles Probably finished in around 5:30, but I don't really know because of the extra reps.

Bambi, I promise to wear deodorant next time we do Dee Odorant!

Kelli - Don't sweat it! You persevered and crushed the SDHP! I'm proud of your effort. Just remember to 'let go' next time. Missing a rep is much easier to live with than missing an arm..lol..see ya thursday!!

Thanks again for covering last night E and for your assistance Slick#88!!
