Wow!! So much energy in eht that I didn't even want to leave. Today's workout was great. I love those motions.
Decided while warming up to use 165 as my 75%.
Made 7 rounds exactly. Then, only 65 double unders. Tony had a great strategy in the double unders, I'll try better sets next time.

WOD: 6 rounds + 4, 85lbs.,dead hang pullups with band... started with single band then moved to red and used both in one round then back to red ...what a mess I was...my hands are still open from the "Roy" wod...ouch!

Skipped L situps and decided to work on wall balls. Ended up doing "Karen"...clock wasn't running but I know it took me a while. Thanks Patty P for pushing me and thanks everyone else for your motivation hanging out!!! Have a great weekend:)
And yes....I so need to take care of my hands from now on!! A promise to myself:)

5 WODs this week after 12 weeks "off" is a nice start. Just gotta not go too heavy too fast, my body really doesn't like this sh*t right now.

This morning was fun!! I like the big classes and running heats! Betsey kept track of my rounds, so I really felt myself pushing hard!

wish my energy level could have matched that of the class. awesome group in eht this morning! knew when I woke up that I didn't have it today. had to go to purple band on pull ups in the 3rd round. really pissed about that. hands were still ripped from pu's on wednesday. did 135 for my pwr cleans. made it through 5 rds plus 4 pu's. made 30 du's still can't string together consistently...but I WILL get them eventually (or die trying!) Thanks Joey O and Matt for the great coaching!!

couldn't make it in today, looked like a fun workout but with the way my elbow has been feeling, I don't think I could have handled this one today...

revisited an old metcon at home instead from about a year ago...
3 rnds
400 meter run
25 burpees
12:40, a 4 minute improvement from last year

got my wife out there with me too and she finished in 17:52, I think she was giving me the finger at the top of every burpee
