Interested in Running w/o injury?  Learn and apply the POSE technique.  I never knew there was a natural way of running and why wasn't I already doing it.  I never thought I was running improperly. It's too easy to mess up. This technique made running for me tolerable and made me look forward to applying it when a run WOD came up.  To miss out on such an in-depth discussion and instruction on how to successfully run w/o injury is truly doing yourself an injustice.  Check out the details and Register here.

Kind of an awkward feeling lift for me.
185-225-255.
WOD was definitely tough. Burpees usually are one of my favorites, but today they killed me. Lunges were hard too.
6:29 rx'd.

Lift: 95-105-115 did extra set at 125, got 4 good ones and 2 craptastic ones. This is and awkward and hard lift, especially the grip.

WOD: 7:11, 65#,knees to chest(still). I like burpees..is that weird??

Had to skip the lift today...back if quite sore. Rob, thanks for the stretching advice. I need to be seriously stretching regularly.

Wod: 75lbs: 6:05. 1:38 faster than last time. Shoulda gone heavier. Oh well! It's on paper for next time.

Of course, jax!
Doug, you're insane.
Dear Crossfit otg, I've been forced to wear t-shirts from other affiliates because my size large muscle-up shirt has yet to make it to EHT.

185-204-245, probably room to go a little heavier.

WOD 7:38 (95 lbs.) Those lunges killed me. I think I fell over twice. Burpees were the easy part.
Nice work 4:30.
