I agree with Kelli, 40" box jumps are a little sadistic. Nick, you need to get that checked out...

WOD: 10:25 RX'd (well I took one step in my jumps up the "wall")

Probably would have done 9:25 if it wasn't 630am...haha, just kidding

Chris made easy work of those 40" box jumps, nice job

I'm still so sore from the last couple wods and when I saw today's WOD I was gonna bail out...anyway I decided to do this cause I need work on the snatch..
Lift: 65-75-85
WOD: 85lbs, 24 in box, 1 abmat w/ 10lb plate and my time was 9 and some change.

Did Chelsea by my self last night. 22 rounds, felt really good. Come in this morning ready to kill the snatch and WAM! No strength at all. I mean dead. I was snatching like a fourth grader. Couldn't even reach the 40" box, although two weeks ago I was skipping over it like it was a curb. Ok, pity party is over. Be back for more next week. You know how people sat FML. My new motto is FND. Fuck Nick Dimatteo.

On the fence on this one. I can't do 40" box jumps yet on my gimpy wheel, but I always like to work on my snatch.

I'm thinking hard about doing that SDHP / DU workout from Tuesday.

Wod: 7:19 with 125lb
Lift: 105-125-145
Hit it solo so I didn't push myself to go heavier with the snatch balance but definately getting more comfortable with the movement.

Did not feel it at all today. Combination of soreness from Chelsea and waiting around all day to workout.

Lift: 95, 115, 115 (worked on form)
WOD: 9:57 ... YUCK !!! (115 lbs., 40" Tires, 1 abmat)
