Lift: 115,135,155 think I could have done a little more
WOD: 7:21 Rx weight but did knees up 2 second hold. Got my toes to bar but can't seem to kip back up to do some in a row. I have to work on that!!!

Had to skip the deads, because my back has been trashed...hoping to pick something up from off the ground by next week!

Needless to say, I had to take the bar off the rack today, instead of clean it up. Rx'd 7:25 Wrecked my forearms!

Had a blast working out today. truly never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth. thanks nick for all of the extra kipping/t2b/pull up help. i'll get them sooner or later! how did your shark fin come out? finally able to get a couple unbroken DU's in a row.

Did lift on Halloween. Definitely a trick...not a treat...with hands still hurting. Went home and ordered lifting straps and the new pull-up grips from Again Faster.
