WOD 6:41 RX'd, all DLs unbroken, burpees slow as hell, as usual

Cashout 400m sprint 1:30 - lots of fun after all those deads

Lift 95-115-135-145-145 with some help on the last one...
155lb WOD 8:46. wristbands are a lifesaver when doing burpees and a lift. 400m run 1:36. My first 6:30 am session, good group!

I really wanted to do a nice deadlift workout but I have had a migraine all day. I don't think deadlifts are gonna help. Maybe I can wake up early tomorrow and make a Saturday workout :)

I'm totally with ya, Tina. I am majorly sore from yesterday. I decided to start my "week of rest" early...Won't be in until next Friday! Have a great Labor Day Weekend everyone!

This was no easy task with the tempo. I was shooting for 205 but I missed by 20. Still not to bad.

Now for the WOD. Nick if you were there you would have given me a sit down with that Nick look.

But, you weren't Mark was and he insisted I go with the 225 so I did. It was horrible. I think I cursed Mark a few times during the WOD, sorry Mark.

Anyway I flew thru the first round no problem both unbroken. Rounds 2,3,4,5 and 6 I could only spank out 2's for the deads, burpees were unbroken.

So what was the time you ask.

Nick is shaking his head right now. So that was my WOD. I was actually laughing on the way home cause I did 48 reps of 225 deadlifts tonight. That's just craziness!
