Holy Shit!! This was so much harder then I thought. When I watched Rob Orlando do this on the main site he finished with 3:42.
So I figured ya ok I should be able to knock this out in like 6 or 7 minutes. Uh no!? It's not your wind that goes, your shoulders turn to jelly by the time you get to 15.
Good WOD though, definitely a time to improve on. I added this up, 84. Craziness.
lift: 105 135 155 loved the 10 sec rest (effortless)
1st wod: started 105 but only lasted 1 rd, 95 lbs: 6 rounds
2nd wod: 135 lbs but only COB on pull ups, 4 rnds.
was good to see Team Balance training there, great group!
