Live it, don't watch it...

"Nicole"
20 min/AMRAP
400m Run
Max Pull Ups

Run 400m and complete a max set of pull ups. Once you come off the bar, you must run 400m and then another set of max pull ups, alternate in this fashion for 20 minutes. The number of pull ups is your score.

Post max pull ups for each round and total to comments.

There will be no sessions on Saturday March 27th.

I'm going to "actively" rest at a Flyers game tonight :)

Hope everyone's time on the bar is greater than the time on the ground!

Joey, thank you for posting that video of my calves yesterday. I would like to address a serious problem we are facing today in the crossfit community....skinny calves.

The solution obviously is more weighted calf raises. I highly recomend these, as they are both functional and can be done at high intensity (just think of the last time you had to stand on your tip toes to see something in the top cabinet). I believe it was greg glassman who said "If you find the notion of falling off the calf raise machine and breaking your neck so foreign to you, then we don't want youin our ranks."
