See you @ 3:30! Also, got an e-mail from Atlanticare they want me to present info on crossfit today. I hope to spread the word. I am going to bring some OTG cards and info and let everyone know about it. I am also going to see if I can get some coaches to present at a future meeting.

Great time in W'town this am, we were happy to have a guest Coach make a surprise appearance to help Mark (kick our ass), er Motivate us!! did 125 singles and 24"box to sub, 155lbs, 14:08, got a couple DU's in warmup, need to practice more.

Time was 11:26. I did 155 for deads and needed 2ab mats and 10 lb plate for hspu

DU's were toughest part, but most I've strung together in a WOD for that many rounds. Happy with that!

L-Sits: 21,27 both on the parallettes, 44 on the bar. Epic exercise. Never would have even attempted it if it wasn't for crossfit. Crossfit is brilliant. Just makes a lot of sense to me.
Wod:8:59-225 deadlift, 1 abmat, and DU's. So nice to feel that fresh air toay! One Day As A Lion...so good. Awesome effort from everybody today!

DU & HSPU are 2 of my favorites...really liked this one.

This by far has not been one of my favorite wod's, sorry coaches. I think I got 11:29, or something like that. Deadlifts at 155lbs got the best of me. 1 abmat and 10lb plate for hspu. No need to talk about the l-sits. ha ha.

Then I played six games of volleyball. Yep, not feeling the back tomorrow. Made it to the semi finals though, not too shabby.

Maybe I'll cya all tomorrow. Great job 430 crew.

HSPU's were tough on the last set. Had some poor form on the last round of deads, but made it through.
