Steve C. -Thank you for thinking of me! I am a nervous wreck for some reason. I think 2 of the 3 violations include points. I am thinking that there are 4 involved. We'll see at 11! :)

WOD - 7 rds. + 11 + 8 (did wall balls first, then pull-ups)

Got 6 rounds +5WB at school. My pull ups were broken up too much. Can't wait to get in to the gym the next few days. Go away snow!

I had fun doing overhead squats today, my favorite squats:) I know I'm a weirdo. Pr'd at 115, yipee.

Nice class at 6. Goes to show you that it doesn't always have to be so serious here ha

Ran 1.5 miles before hand, still working back into the game with the shoulder so only got to 175 on the ohsq

Went with teams here, me and Gio finished with 7 rounds or something, not really sure lol

6 rounds, single band for Pull Ups. Unfortunately for Wayne, Brett teamed us up. So Wayne got a lot of breaks and I didn't get any. Good workout for me though;)

Planning to run 3 miles before work tomorrow. Hope to run Broad Street again this year.

It was a BLOOD BATH in W'town! A total FREE FOR ALL! I loved it! I think you should have to fight for a bar once in awhile. It's a great way to motivate yourself. Ohsq felt good. Pull-ups and wallball went well too. Especially when Wayne and Joey O. weren't kicking the med balls across the gym.
