9:36 with 95lbs.. Pretty similar movements as Saturdays "torcher", so I went light. Still a bit stiff. Now everytime I do a burpee a hear my judge from the throwdown yelling at me, "open the hips!". I want to punch that guy.

I think CF215 had the same things painted on the black wall when we first came in past the sign in (if not same, very similar). Good stuff!

That saying about the 10 ways to be a better crossfitter was painted on the wall at Crossfit 215. Great read. I read it there and downloaded it today from the Southbay site. Will read it before every WOD. My new mantra : )

Pistols are getting better and better. This WOD was the perfect example of how weak my legs are and how much work needs to be done.
