Hey Mark or Brett. Would you be able to send me one of the pictures you took today? I have to submit a picture of myself for my online Masters Course. That would be fantastic!

Bar Recipe:
Very Cherry Bars (from Enlightened Cooking)
1/4 C roughly chopped dates (whole dates; not pre-chopped)
1/4 C dried cherries
1/3 C toasted, cooled almonds
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Place dates and cherries into a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste. ;; Remove the paste and set aside in a bowl.
Add the almonds and pulse until they are finely chopped.
Add almonds and cinnamon to the cherry-date paste in the bowl. ;; Knead with your fingers until the nuts are incorporated.
Divide the mixture in two and put the two halves onto separate pieces of plastic wrap. ;; Shape into bars and wrap. ;; Store in the refrigerator.

Easy-enjoy!
