I'm checking out the beyond the whiteboard site. Very cool. But It seems I can only post to WOD's that are already in the database. Is that right? What are the differences between it and logsitall as far as entering and tracking workouts?

I like beyondthewhiteboard, but you are correct, you cannot easily log things that aren't in there.

I'm still in the process of putting all of our workouts in their database. It should be effortless after this is done. It's extremely time consuming for me to put them all up, but I'll do my best.

Eh I'm not sold on beyond the white board or logsitall. Both seem great if all you needed to do was track the dot com wod or an affiliate WOD. Neither are very friendly for customization.

I'm hoping in the future they'll build in more flexibility.

What other options do I have besides keeping a journal by hand or typing workouts into a spreadsheet? Does anyone have a really good spreadsheet they use?

A better name for this one would be "Balls Under Burps"...sweet!

This one definitely scared me. No breaks (lifts, situps), just a ton of metcon; like sprinting for 20 minutes, but harder. Best workout I had in a while, top 5.

Subbed 15lb dumbbell thrusters for the wallballs.

Finished 20:35, a little disappointed in the time, but I think I pushed myself pretty hard. I look forward / dread doing this one in a few months and killing that time.

In regards to today's WOD- After doing a workout that you dread....the ACCOMPLISHMENT is so much sweeter!!!!
