Thruster - Find a weight that you can manage Unbroken for the 1st 4 to 5 sets.

almost forgot the columba stretch really work wonders. matt if you would like to work more 50 cent words into your strecthing segment i think it would work for you. Please check with nick if you need any help.

Adv: 65lb Thrusters, teamed up with Amanda. Got good news prior to my WOD so rocked this one out unbroken. V-Ups are my weakness. Cash Out was exhausting, but feel good. Good job 0930!!
