Teamed up with Sheri today!! Used 75lbs...my goal was to hit 2 rds each time...but that didn't happen. 4 of the 8 rds I did get 2 rds, the other 4 I was 1 or 2 reps shy and the last round I didn't get to the burpees(couldn't feel my forearms)...I don't have my paper with the breakdown but who cares...that was an awesome workout!!!Sheri, thanks for pushing me today, your a badass..you killed it!! Nick and Matt, great coaching today...loved this wod! See you all next week, have a great weekend!!

Lovin all the C&J work lately. Mainly because I suck at both! Definitely going to be my main focus in 2012.
Did this one with Doug although I wouldn't say it was a team WOD.
I started at 155 for the first rd but dropped to 135 for remainder. Pretty much 1+7

Doug you're the man, I can't even shine you shoes!

Mark, thanks for the coaching on the C&J this week
