Wod- 6 minutes @ 155. I let the weight get the best of me this morning. Should have atacked the wod more instead of being scared of the weight. Next time.

That rebel run looks iffy.. I checked it out- I'm big on mud runs but this one kinda seems like a joke from all the pics just being of hot muddy girls lol. Do the TM in pocono!!
WOD: FB 55lbs 5:27. This is a 10lb and 2:05 PR for me! Went unbroken the first two rounds. The third round was a doozy. Broke it up 3 times. I even had to bail on a snatch once. Completed it tho! shoulders def sore from yesterday's madness.
Cashout: rope climbs have come a long way! Learned the more efficient way that justin and nick do to get down. Huge difference. Rope climbs have become strength for me.
Cashout-Cashout: swing from three ropes to the pullup structure then swing down and over to the second set of three ropes and swing from all those WITHOUT touching the ground. Lali Brian, Justin you guys are monkeys!!!
Party was awesome last night! Food and everything was fantastic. The 50 person wod was fun to watch. Thanks for letting my dog stay:)I'll bring my other one so next year and well have a mastiff AND pit bull kettlebell pull contest. Just kidding!! But, I vaccumed as best I could today!! Haha.

but i climbed the rope for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hardest part was getting down.
