Congrats to everyone who particpated in Fight Gone Bad today. It's always fun to get together with some of the W'town athletes and throw it down, especially for a good cause!

Thanks Nick, Mark & Stacey. Stacey your chicken salad is so good I even ate it after my heat despite the fact that I wanted to vomit!

Hopefully I learned a few things from this humbling WOD for next year!!!

Hmm, where do I start?

Well, to state the obvious... Nick, Mark & Stacey throw one hell of a FGB! With each OTG get-together, it is clear you guys have built something GREAT out of CrossFit. Even though nearly 40 miles separates us, the W'town and EHT crews are 1 tight family. You three, along with your many close supporters, are the glue that makes us stick. We love you guys.

Now, FGB... what a WOD, huh?! Such an INCREDIBLE, GLOBAL benefit. Everyone there today seemed truly committed to the cause, and they all showed it with each rep and calorie. I LOVED the energy. People were amped up and super stoked at the chance to put themselves through such a tough gauntlet. It was inspiring!!! The top notch performances today, especially from the newbies, were just awesome! So impressed by the number of athletes that were there today. I mean, let's be serious, FGB is utter torture!!! Who in their right mind would show up WANTING to do this WOD? Hahaha!!! Lucky for us, it was for a good cause, and the camaraderie within the OTG crew makes the pain bearable.

I've done FGB in the past, but never "officially" judged as it was today... I don't have a before to refer to, but I am happy with my #s. It helps me know where I am at, and where I can focus... already stoked for next year!
